1. Age and capacity

You are 18 or over and using Elara for yourself. Elara is an 18+ product and is not directed at children. You must not create an account for, or give access to, anyone under 18.

2. Lawful use, wherever you are

You follow the laws of your own country as well as Australian law. Some features may not be lawful everywhere — that is your call to make.

Elara refuses, absolutely and without exception: sexual content involving minors; weapons of mass harm or firearm manufacture; forged identity, financial or credential documents; self-replicating or device-infecting code; and targeted real-world harm to a specific person. These limits are enforced in the product and are not configurable by you, by a subscription, or by a custom build.

3. Elara is not a professional

Elara is not a doctor, lawyer, therapist or financial adviser, and is not a crisis service. Verify anything important before acting on it.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. In Australia call 000, or Lifeline on 13 11 14. Elara will surface crisis support and will not engage with instructions for self-harm.

4. Your own provider keys

Where you use your own AI provider keys, you pay that provider directly and are responsible for their charges and terms.

Keys you paste into Elara are stored for your use only. You are responsible for keeping them secret, for the usage limits and billing of that provider, and for complying with that provider's own terms. We are not a party to your agreement with them and cannot refund their charges.

5. Your account and your data

• Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Accounts are isolated from each other at the database level; you must not attempt to access another person's account, data or memories.
• You are responsible for what you choose to tell Elara. Do not enter other people's sensitive information, payment card numbers, or credentials belonging to someone else.
• You may export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your conversations and memories.
• Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to your copy, or automate bulk access.

6. AI output

Elara generates content. Output can be wrong, out of date, or invented, including facts, prices, places, health and legal information. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use, publish or act on output, including any content you generate and then share.

7. Billing

Prices are in Australian dollars and subscriptions renew until cancelled. See International Sales, Currency & Language and the Refund Policy. Keeping your payment details current is your responsibility; failed payments suspend paid features but do not delete your data.
