1. The short version
Elara sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers or ad networks. Most of what Elara stores never leaves your device at all — that is how she remembers you without us holding your conversations.
2. What is stored

3. Your choice
On your first visit you are asked to Accept all or choose Essential only. Essential-only genuinely disables the optional product analytics layer; the essential items above remain, because the product cannot function without them. You can change your mind by clearing site data and choosing again.
4. Clearing storage
Clearing cookies and site data in your browser removes everything listed above, including your conversations, memories and diary, and that deletion is permanent and unrecoverable. Export a backup first if you want to keep them.
