How to report a violation

To report abuse related to Elara — including suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), threats of violence, harassment, doxxing, self-harm encouragement, malware, fraud or other unlawful conduct — email nexus.systems.au@gmail.com with:

  • A clear description of what occurred.
  • Date and time (with timezone) of the incident.
  • Any relevant URLs, screenshots, message IDs or transaction IDs.
  • Your contact details (optional — anonymous reports are accepted).

External reporting

  • CSAM and online child exploitation — report to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation at accce.gov.au/report.
  • Cyber abuse, image-based abuse, illegal/harmful content — report to the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au/report.
  • Cybercrime, scams, fraud — report to ReportCyber at cyber.gov.au/report.

Our response

We take all reports seriously. Verified violations result in immediate termination of the offending account, preservation of relevant records, and referral to the appropriate Australian authorities where required.
